despite there only being an afternoon service you talked to the doctors and arranged to see my sick daughter earlier, thank you.
It is still really hard to get through on the phone only to find most appointments have already gone. Today it took 20 mins on continuous redial to get through (though the receptionist was fab when I did speak with her)

Great reception staff who spoke to the doctor about my very unwell daughter and therefore she was seen earlier.
It still takes approx 15-20 minutes to get through on the phone, however despite this a same day appointment is usually available. This time the only available appointments were in the afternoon which felt a bit late in the day hence the receptionist talking to the doctor.

Quick diagnosis and sent to hospital. Rung me with post hospital appointment. All excellent so far but post hospital app date not possible and mutually convenient alternative difficult to arrange. Otherwise 5 stars!

recption manner and doctors to pay attention to detail and speed up form signing which youpay £30 for. If you are seeing a specialist wiaitng 5 days for a form is fidiculous

receptionists do a difficult job well.try to hold back a few pm appointments
